MSMSI ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES FOR OLD STUDENTS SY 2021-2022

SCHEDULE OF ENROLLMENT

Once they enroll, your referral will earn your child a 5% Referral Discount on Textbooks. This is computed per child enrolled.

STEP 1: ENROLLMENT FORM

      Fill up and submit the Enrollment Form below based on your schedule.

      You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your Enrollment.
    Included is the Enrollment Fees Assessment (EFA) due upon enrollment for your child.

 STEP 2: ONLINE/OVER THE COUNTER PAYMENT 

      Payment of the Enrollment Fee may be done over-the-counter or online fund transfer through any of these banks:

              1.  Proof of payment.  Send us a screenshot or scanned copy of your deposit slip/bank transfer transaction.

              2.  Signed Enrollment Fees Assessment (EFA).

              3.  Email confirmation of payment will be sent to your email address in the registration link.
