MSMSI ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES SY 2021-2022

STEP 1: ENROLLMENT FORM

      Fill up and submit the Enrollment Form found on this link : 

              You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your Enrollment.
                 Included is the Enrollment Fees Assessment (EFA) due upon enrollment for your child.

STEP 2: ONLINE/OVER THE COUNTER PAYMENT 

       Payment of the Enrollment Fee may be done over-the-counter or online fund transfer through any of these banks:

STEP 3: TO COMPLETE YOUR CHILD’S ENROLLMENT, EMAIL THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO: 2122payment@msmsi-igrew.edu.ph

              1. Proof of payment.  Send us a screenshot or scanned copy of your deposit slip/bank transfer transaction.

               2. Signed Enrollment Fees Assessment (EFA).

               3. Email confirmation of payment will be sent to your email address in the registration link.
