MSMSI PRE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

FOR NEW STUDENTS SY 2026-2027

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION WILL START ON FEBRUARY 2, 2026.

QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION for Gr.1 – Gr.10

The student-applicant should have no grade lower than 85% in Math, English, Science, and Values Education.

REQUIREMENTS for NEW STUDENT-APPLICANTS

Age Requirement for Preschool: 

Pre-Kinder      4 years old by October 31, 2026

Kinder              5 years old by October 31, 2026

Clear scanned copy or picture of the following to be attached to the Google form link below:

1. Report Card from last school attended

      • for Kinder, if the applicant has attended Pre-Kinder School

      • Grades 1to 10

2. Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)

3. For Grades 2 to 10, kindly submit the accomplished Guidance Transition Form, through our upload facility at MSMSI ADMISSIONS UPLOAD FACILITY FOR GUIDANCE TRANSITION FORM FOR SY 2026-2027. This is to be accomplished by the school Guidance Counsellor, Class Adviser or the School’s Principal.

You will receive an email from our Admission officer confirming approval of your Pre-Registration Application.

Incoming new students for Pre-Kinder, Kinder and Grade 1 are encouraged to attend our Summer Course. Subjects include Math, English, Filipino, and Science
